Implant Restorations: Case 7

This patient had a removable partial denture and then lost her six front teeth because her fixed bridge failed. In order to avoid an extensive amount of work she elected to have two implants placed and a new partial denture made. This enabled her to have a very acceptable cosmetic result and avoided many thousands of dollars in expense. The implants help to secure her denture and prevent it from rocking or becoming dislodged when she bites into food or speaks. (The blue buttons in the denture snap on to the gold implants in the mouth)
