Cosmetic Porcelain Veneers: Case 5

This is a relatively common type of case that is often managed poorly early on making it much more involved to treat in adulthood. This teenaged young lady had small, peg-shaped upper lateral incisors. She was very unhappy with the way they defined her smile. She required some minor orthodontic correction to get things aligned properly so that the best bite relationships and spacing proportions could be achieved. I worked closely with her orthodontist to tweak the case at the end to make sure everything was where I wanted it to be. The restorative treatment was relatively simple. She whitened her teeth first. We then did a little bit of gum contouring and made her two porcelain veneers. The case turned out great and now she’s smiling more than ever.
